ELIGIBILITY:

In order to be eligible for a refund, you agree to be bound by the return and refund policies set by Family United LLC. Our Refunds & Returns policy is applicable for fifteen (15) days once the products are delivered, after which a refund is not offered.

REFUND METHODS:

  • Payment will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase ASAP. 

Note: Credit card payments may take Seven (7) to Ten (10) business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

PROCESSES AND CONDITIONS:

  • A clear image of the damaged/defective product along with shipping packaging must be identified to verify the issue.
  • The shipping cost is non-refundable and re-shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. This expense is not applicable to the Defective on Arrival product Policy (described later in this document)
  • Returns and refunds are applicable only where there is a direct mistake made by The company, the product is defective (with evidence) or there is a product malfunction (with evidence).
  • Returns and refunds are non-applicable on Buyer’s regret.
  • Returns and refunds are non-applicable on incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer.
  • Returns and refunds are non-applicable due to Force Majeure Policy. (described later in this document)
  • Returns and refunds are non-applicable on deliveries stolen from the delivery address or due to failure of delivery by delivery service/post-office due to incorrect address or failure of entry.
  • Products may be exchanged for a similar product, color or size while being concurrent with the circumstances provided above. The exchange process may take up to three (3) weeks. Contact us via email at [email protected] for additional information and details of the process.

Returns must be in the same condition as they are delivered without any damage. You are to contact support with the given email found here within fifteen (15) days of receiving the item for information on the process. Buyer will be subject to returning the item to the warehouse at their own expense.  The return process for Defective on Arrival is different. See Defective on Arrival for more information.

DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL POLICY (DOA)

Suppose your item arrives defective/damaged or is not working. In that case, you must contact us via email at [email protected] sending exact details (with photos if applicable) within five (5) days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, you will be provided with the options of either receiving a new product, free of charge, or a full purchase refund including the shipping cost. 

FORCE MAJEURE POLICY (FM): due to any fire or casualty, strike, the act of God, other cause beyond the control of the parties, emergency, or any factors that are outside of the control of Family United LLC, there will be no liability imposed upon us nor will we be responsible for any consequences of the above-mentioned situations.
